[How to access the online cancellation page]

Gachon Homepage (Switch to KOR version) -> 포털 (top right corner tab next to the search icon) -> 학사행정시스템 (second tab from the top blue row) -> 수업관리(CLASS-) -> 교과/수업(학생)(second yellow folder in the CLASS- tab) -> 수강신청포기(last tab)

 

[How to Cancel Courses]

1. Once you’ve accessed the cancellation page, press the course you want to cancel and select the reason of cancelling in the “포기사유” tab.

2. Write detailed reason for cancelling in the tab “상세사유.”

3. Press the blue “신청” button. (The one on the left out of the two buttons)

 

 

*Notice

1. Only up to 2 courses are allowed to be cancelled.

2. Students with less than 12 credits are not allowed to cancel any courses.

3. Tuition fee cannot be refunded after cancelling.

4. Cancelled courses are only available to register as re-registered course next semester.

5. Must check if the cancellation results have been applied properly via the GBA office or the registration result paper.

 

+ Additional tuition payments are available until 9.24(Fri) 23:30.
