This course intends to provide students with foundational knowledge about organizational development(OD) which is necessary for OD consultants. Based on behavioral science, OD provides solutions for organizations to handle difficult issues and problems in change process. We will learn OD theories, steps of OD process, and various interventions depending on the nature of the problem. Blended learning method combining lectuers, group acitivities, and out-of-class consulting project will be adopted.
