The rehabilitation exercise for improvement of health to improve good posture. This lecture provides the practical rehabilitation to improve health as a whole including good posture, balance of body and muscle development. The main principles of pilates applies to all movement and exercise to support rehabilitation. The main principles of pilates are as following. Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Balanced Muscle development, Rhythm, Whole body movement and Relaxation. These nine principles are key factors to apply pilates exercises. Together with this essential principles, students are also learning movement principles based on very deep anatomical knowledge. This lecture aims that students develop professional rehabilitation skills as professional instructor through pilates theory which is very systematic and scientific. Also it makes students to apply the movement through practical exercises in order to develop high effects of rehabilitation.
