This is a course on e-business electronic commerce (ecommerce). During the semester, students will learn about the economics of ebusiness, Internet marketing and business using social media. The development of communication and software technologies, transforming the Internet into a broadband medium populated by people throughout the socio-economic spectrum and throughout the global business.
This course will provide students with an analytical and technical framework to understand the emerging world of e-business and ecommerce. and will be divided into three domains:
· Economic: Differentiation and Pricing
· Business: Business models, Internet marketing and promotion
· Social: privacy, intellectual property protection, legal and regulatory initiatives.
