This course introduces an interdisciplinary approach to understand and analyze/interpret consumer behavior. The course will cover two main topics; 1) consumer research and 2) consumer behavior theories.

In consumer research part, consumer research process, various research techniques and very basic skills to use SPSS to interpret the consumer data will be introduced.

In the part of consumer behavior theroeis, the course will provide a basic understanding of general models in consumer behavior including consumer information processing, decision markeing process.
