This course introduces an interdisciplinary approach to understand and analyze/interpret consumer behavior. The course will cover two main topics; 1) consumer research and 2) consumer behavior.

In consumer research part, consumer research process, various research techniques will be introduced. In the part of consumer it will provide a basic understanding of general models in consumer behavior including consumer information processing, decision marketing process.

The goals of this class are
1. Understand the psychological processes affecting consumer behavior
2. Expose to a general consumer learning process and techniques of consumer research
3. Gain experiences in gathering and analyzing consumer data
