This course is a social work practice course focusing on the case management process. This course is designed to introduce students to a variety of ways in which case management is used to assist clients and how to find necessary community resources for clients. A particular focus will be placed on steps for case management, such as client assessment, service planning, monitoring services and treatment, and termination of case management.
