This course introduces the range of theories, practices, and events that have informed new urban developments in Korea and in other countries. With a focus on new town planning, this course expands discussion to large-scale property developments in a general sense. Through this course, students are expected to have critical understanding of new urban developments and ability to perform relevant projects.
