This course teaches students to develop interpersonal relationship and communication skills that will them the transition from learner to qualified nurse. Class work is based on understanding concepts of communication, developing interpersonal communication skills, and applying communication skills to nursing care. In addition, this course will help students to explore personality patteren of themselves, to improve interpersonal relationships and develop situational judgements in nursing context.
